The Holder shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or unauthorized destruction of Personal Data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and / or telematic instruments, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the indicated purposes. In addition to the holder, other subjects may in some cases have access to the data and in particular: subjects involved in the organization of this Web Site (administrative, commercial, marketing and legal staff, system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical services, hosting provider, communications agencies) may be appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Holder.

Retention period

The data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.

Therefore:

• The Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Holder and the User will be stored until the execution of that contract will been completed. Unless otherwise disposed by the User, if the offer will not come to an end and a sale will not occur, the personal data are stored in the assumption of a further subsequent request.
• The Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Holder will be stored until the satisfaction of that interest.
• The Personal Data collected from the section “Work with us” are kept until an explicit removal request by the User concerned.
• The data collected for the newsletter subscriptions are stored until an expressed revocation by the User, that can be exerted at every sending.
• The data collected to access the Private Area are retained until the existence of the contractual relationship with the customer and then the logins are disabled and the information deleted in case of an explicit request by the User involved.
